"In a flash...I awaken, and strike!"
This is Asuna's Soul Drive Form from Lightning of Final Fantasy XIII, the Savior Form. In this form, her strength and magic increase, and her fighting style is more of Lightning's fighting style. Some of her attacks have thunder-attribute power, though she has moves like 'Blitz' to 'Ruin' in her combo attacks. Her attitude changes from using Lightning's Soul Drive, making her cooler and more focused on the battle.
Her Finisher attacks, which are powerful attacks that can be unleashed at the cost of MP, are also set around Lightning's attacks, mainly from Dissidia 012. Finishers change as the level of the Soul Drive Form increases (max lv. 9). At max, the first finisher, both ground and aerial, can be granted to the character in original form.
Her first ground Finisher is called 'Razor Gale', a move in which she twirls her Keyblade around so fast, it sends a wind slash in the form of a large disc at her opponents, and it can go through multiple opponents. The second Finisher is called 'Tetrastrike', in which her Keyblade extends, she magically splits into four versions of herself, striking all the foes in a short range around her with Flamestrike, Froststrike, Aquastrike, and Sparkstrike, coming back together to unleash a final sword spin. The second finisher is a mixture of Lightning's 'Army of One' Full ATB in FFXIII, and the fact that she can learn all four '-strike' techniques in the game.
Her first aerial finisher is called 'Crushing Blow', in which her Keyblade magically doubles itself and takes the form of two scythe-like swords, then charges at any nearby enemies. Her second Finisher is called 'Thunderfall', in which she unleash bolts of lightning all around her, and they strike five times in random locations.
Her 'Soul Finale', which is her Soul Drive Form's Limit Break, is 'Flourish Storm', in which she starts unleashing a combo of slashes from her Keyblade, producing flower petals as she does so, ending by jumping into the air, her Keyblade turning into the two scythe-like swords, connecting them together, then spinning them, creating a razor-sharp tornado of wind and flower petals, damaging all enemies in the vicinity.

I would love to see that two scythe-like swords keyblade design. Not Form design by the Way.
